Nico Nico Yasai is an organic-oriented vegetable farm run by Japanese engineers according to JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard). The production process is strictly controlled and managed. Especially, water sources for irrigation and washing vegetables are taken from 60 meters below the ground to ensure the food safety and purity. During the production process, there’s no use of chemicals, pesticides, chemical fertilizers. All the fertilizers and pesticides are organic or biotic products made from 100% natural ingredients, such as ash, rice husk, organic fertilizer from microorganisms or compost, nem, chilli, garlic, distilled alcohol, etc.
